What our office handles

Mex Clearing coordinates agricultural freight and the documentation that travels with it — day in, day out — for growers, packers, and regional distributors across South Georgia.

Five lines of work

Steady coordination, no pressure

No hard sells and no standing contracts — just coordination you can call on when the season demands it. Every engagement starts with a conversation about your freight.

01

Produce freight coordination

Outbound produce is our bread and butter. We coordinate loads leaving packing sheds and cold storage across South Georgia — matching the load to the lane, setting schedules with the dock, and following the freight until it is delivered. In-season volume moves fast, and our office keeps it moving in order.

02

Farm-supply inbound logistics

Farms do not run on outbound freight alone. We coordinate inbound farm-supply loads — feed, seed, fertilizer, and equipment parts — so they arrive in the order the farm actually needs them. When a part is holding up a harvest, tell us, and we treat it that way.

03

Shipping documentation

Every load carries paperwork, and we treat that paperwork as part of the freight. Bills of lading, delivery receipts, confirmations, and supporting documents are prepared, checked, and filed so the record is complete at both ends. If you need help organizing documents for your own shipping operation, we can start there.

04

Carrier scheduling

We set pickup and delivery windows, confirm carriers the day before, and keep dispatch updated on changes. When a truck falls out, we work the phones until the load has coverage — and when a shipment calls for licensed brokerage, licensed brokers are engaged rather than corners cut.

05

Distribution support

Regional distributors juggle multiple stops, multiple customers, and multiple docks. Our office helps sort routing, appointments, and paperwork across those moves, so a day of deliveries stays a day of deliveries — not a week of headaches.

A note on how we work

Honest about what we do

We coordinate freight and documentation from our Moultrie office, and we engage licensed brokers where required. We do not publish one-size-fits-all numbers on this website because every lane, every load, and every season is different — the honest answer is always to talk about your freight.

If that sounds like the kind of office you want to work with, reach out and tell us what you move. We will listen first, then tell you plainly how we can help.
