Advertising Policy
How Mex Clearing handles advertising, promotion, and honest presentation of our services on mexclearing.us.
Last updated: August 25, 2026
No third-party advertising
mexclearing.us does not run third-party advertisements. There are no ad networks, no sponsored placements, no banner ads, and no paid placements anywhere on this site. The only things promoted here are the services Mex Clearing actually provides from its Moultrie, Georgia office.
No sale of data
We do not sell, rent, or trade visitor data — to advertisers or to anyone else. Information shared through this website is used only as described in our Privacy Policy, and we do not build advertising profiles from it. Our business runs on freight coordination, not on attention farming.
How we present our services
We hold our own marketing to a simple standard: say what we do, and do not oversell it. In practice that means:
- No deceptive claims. We describe our coordination, documentation, and scheduling work accurately. If something is outside what our office handles, we say so.
- No pricing bait. We deliberately publish no rates on this website. Every lane, load, and season is different, and the honest answer is a conversation — not a teaser number designed to get you in the door.
- No undisclosed sponsored content. If we ever mention a partner, carrier, or supplier, it is because they are relevant to the work, never because we were paid to mention them. Any material relationship would be disclosed clearly.
- No pressure. Our calls to action are invitations — get in touch, reach out, learn more. We do not use countdown timers, false urgency, or aggressive sales tactics.
Licensed brokerage
Where a shipment requires licensed brokerage, licensed brokers are engaged, and we are straightforward with customers about when that applies. We do not present ourselves as holding licenses we do not hold.
External links
This site contains a small number of external references, such as the embedded Google Maps frame on the contact page and links to our fonts. We do not control third-party sites, and a link or embed is not an endorsement. When you leave mexclearing.us, their policies — including any advertising they run — apply, not ours.
Acceptable outreach
If you contact us, we may follow up about your inquiry by phone or email. That is the extent of our outreach. We do not send unsolicited bulk email, we do not buy contact lists, and we do not cold-call farms we have never heard from. Referrals in farm country travel by reputation, and we intend to keep earning them that way.
Compliance statement
Mex Clearing presents its services in accordance with applicable advertising and consumer-protection laws, including prohibitions on deceptive or unfair trade practices. If any part of this site ever appears misleading, we want to know so we can correct it promptly.
