Who we are
A freight desk built around farm country
Around Moultrie, freight is part of the harvest. Vegetables come off the fields in season, trucks line up at the packing sheds, and every load needs a plan before it rolls. Mex Clearing is that plan. Our office coordinates agricultural freight moving in and out of South Georgia — outbound produce headed to markets and processors, and inbound supplies that farms depend on, from feed and fertilizer to equipment parts. We work the phones, line up the trucks, and keep the paperwork straight so shipments move when they are supposed to.
We are a small office on purpose. You will talk to a person who knows your load, not a queue. Most of the growers, packers, and distributors we work with are a short drive from our door, and that closeness is how we like it. When something changes — weather, a dock schedule, a carrier hiccup — you hear about it from us first, with a plan attached.

Planning inbound freight for farm supplies — feed, seed, fertilizer, and equipment parts — so they arrive when the farm needs them.

Preparing and checking bills of lading, delivery paperwork, and supporting documents so every load is covered from gate to dock.
Carrier scheduling
Setting pickup and delivery windows, confirming carriers, and keeping dispatch informed so nobody waits on a truck that is not coming.

Helping regional distributors sort out routing, appointments, and paperwork across multiple stops and multiple customers.

We prepare and check shipping documents, keep records organized for growers and packers, and make sure the details match what is actually on the truck.
